Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana if you aren't using a frozen banana, add 1 handful of ice.
  • cup cold brew
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoon vanilla almond milk
  • 1 handful spinach

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine all your ingredients. Blend until smooth.
