Blueberry Vodka Lemonade
This blueberry vodka lemonade cocktail is such a refreshing summer vodka drink! Plus, it's super easy to make as a batch vodka cocktail.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon fresh blueberries
- ¼ lemon juiced
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 3-4 oz lemonade
- 1 oz club soda optional
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle 3 tablespoon of blueberries and ¼ lemon, juiced.
- Add in 1 shot of vodka and 4 shots of lemonade. If you're opting to add club soda (at the very end), add 3 shots of lemonade.
- Add in a few ice cubes and shake the cocktail shaker until visibly frosted.
- Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
- If you're using club soda, now is the time to top your drink off with it.
- Garnish with blueberries or lemons.
