I tried the viral salmon rice bowl from TikTok and let me tell you, this is one of my new favorite ways to eat salmon. Plus, it makes for a great leftover salmon recipe!

SALMON RICE BOWL

I tried Emily Mariko's Salmon Rice Bowl from TikTok and I'm here to tell you alllllll about it.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Salmon Filet
  • 1 cup Rice I used brown rice
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoon Kewpie Mayo
  • Roasted Seaweed
  • ½ Avocado
  • Kimchi

Instructions
 

  • Take your salmon, assuming it's leftover, and shred it onto a plate.
  • Take a spoonful of your rice and plop it on top of your shredded salmon.
  • Take 1 ice cub and place it in the middle of the rice.
  • Take a sheet of parchment paper and place it over the ice, rice and salmon.
  • Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
  • Take out of the microwave, throw away the parchment paper and ice.
  • Mix in your soy sauce, sriracha and mayo.
  • Slice half an avocado and place it on the side.
  • Make little mini roll-ups using the seaweed and enjoy!
