Servings 12 wings

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • ½ tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • If you have whole chicken wings, separate your chicken wings into drums and flats using a sharp knife.
  • Pat dry and place into a large bowl.
  • Pour the olive oil, cornstarch, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper on top of the chicken wings.
  • Using tongs, carefully mix the chicken wings until they are evenly coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375F. If your air fryer doesn’t have a preheat setting, simply let it run with an empty basket at 375F for 5 minutes.
  • Spray your air fryer basket with non-sick cooking spray.
  • Once your chicken wings are evenly coated and your air fryer is preheated, place the chicken wings in a single layer. This may mean you need to air fry multiple batches, that’s ok!
  • Air fry at 375F for 22 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Continue this cooking process until all your wings are cooked and golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve with ranch and a small bowl for bones, and enjoy!
