If you have whole chicken wings, separate your chicken wings into drums and flats using a sharp knife.
Pat dry and place into a large bowl.
Pour the olive oil, cornstarch, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper on top of the chicken wings.
Using tongs, carefully mix the chicken wings until they are evenly coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 375F. If your air fryer doesn’t have a preheat setting, simply let it run with an empty basket at 375F for 5 minutes.
Spray your air fryer basket with non-sick cooking spray.
Once your chicken wings are evenly coated and your air fryer is preheated, place the chicken wings in a single layer. This may mean you need to air fry multiple batches, that’s ok!
Air fry at 375F for 22 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Continue this cooking process until all your wings are cooked and golden brown.
Allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
Serve with ranch and a small bowl for bones, and enjoy!
