Amalfi Spritz - Pineapple Aperol Spritz Recipe
If you are looking for the perfect, fruity twist on the traditional Aperol Spritz recipe, this Amalfi Spritz is so delicious. It combines everything you love about an Aperol Spritz and adds the perfect, tropical twist that'll be your favorite summer cocktail.
Ingredients
- 3 oz. Prosecco
- 1 oz. Aperol
- 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
- ½ oz. Lime Juice
- 1 oz. Club Soda
Instructions
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Pour 3 oz. of prosecco in followed by 1 oz. of Aperol, 1 oz. of pineapple juice, ½ oz. of lime juice, and 1 oz. of club soda.
- Give it a good stir.
- Garnish and cheers!
