If you're looking for a quick and healthy air fryer recipe idea, this air fryer chicken sausage and veggies is perfect. It's done in under 20 minutes, including prep time!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups of veggies of choice
  • 4 chicken sausage links

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 370F. If your air fryer doesn't have a preheat option, simply set it to 370F and let it run for 4 minutes.
  • Chop your veggies and toss them in 1 tablespoon of olive oil + 2 tablespoon of any spice combination you want.
  • Add your veggies to the air fryer basket, air fry at 370F for 5 minutes.
  • After those 5 minutes, add in your chicken sausage and air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Allow everything to cool slightly and enjoy!
