Instant Noodle Curry Ramen
If you love curry and ramen, you will love this instant noodle curry ramen. It is such an easy weeknight dinner and is literally a hug in a bowl.
- 2 large carrots chopped
- ½ yellow onion diced
- 4-5 mushrooms sliced
- ½ can corn rinsed and drained
- 1 15 oz. jar curry simmer saucd
- 2 packages of ramen noodles cooked
- 4 tablespoon cilantro diced
- ½ lime juiced
- Sriracha or your hot sauce of choice optional.
Boil a pot of water to cook 2 of your instant ramen blocks. Once your water is boiling, cook your 2 ramen squares for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a large frying pan, saute your 4-5 cups of veggies with your 1 teaspoon granulated garlic and ¼ teaspoon granulated ginger. After 5-7 minutes, add in your curry simmer sauce and ¼ cup water.
Add in your cooked ramen noodles, fresh cilantro and fresh lime juice. Stir well, and enjoy!
