Air Fryer Pistachio Crusted Salmon

This air fryer pistachio-crusted salmon is seriously SO GOOD. With super simple prep and 12 minutes of cook time or less, it's such an easy air fryer dinner that feels just slightly more elevated.

Servings 1 lb salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb salmon filet
  • 1-2 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ΒΌ cup pistachios finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Take your salmon out of the packaging and pat it dry with paper towels.
  • Using a spoon or a brush, rub the dijon mustard across the salmon.
  • Sprinkle the garlic powder.
  • Finely chop pistachios and spread them evenly across the salmon filet(s)
  • Set the prepped salmon aside and preheat your air fryer to 390F. If your air fryer doesn't have a preheat setting, set it to 390F and let it run for 5 minutes.
  • Spray your basket with nonstick spray. Set the salmon in, skin side down.
  • Air fry for anywhere from 9-12 minutes depending on how you like your salmon cooked.
  • Let it cool for about 5 minutes and enjoy!
