You may have seen this viral salmon rice bowl from TikTok if you're spending time on the app. Let me tell you, I'm currently in between Salmon Rice Bowl TikTok and Couch Guy TikTok and what an algorithm to be caught in. BUT back on track, I tried Emily Mariko's Salmon Rice Bowl from TikTok and I'm here to tell you alllllll about it.
Salmon Filet
Brown Rice
Sriracha
Soy Sauce
Kewpie Mayo
Avocado + Kimchi, optional

1. Take your salmon, assuming it's leftover, and shred it onto a plate. 2. Take a spoonful of your rice and plop it on top of your shredded salmon. 3. Take 1 ice cube and place it in the middle of the rice. 4. Take a sheet of parchment paper and place it over the ice, rice and salmon. 5. Microwave for 2-3 minutes. 6. Take out of the microwave, throw away the parchment paper and ice. 7. Mix in your soy sauce, sriracha and mayo. 8. Slice half an avocado and place it on the side. 9. Make little mini roll-ups using the seaweed and enjoy!
