– 4 c. flour – 1 quart buttermilk – 2 tsp. baking soda – 2 tsp. baking powder – 1 tsp. salt – 1 c. sugar – ½ c. melted butter – 4 eggs – 3 c. raisins

– pre-heat your oven to 375°F and grease 3 bread pans – in a large bowl whisk together your flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. – add in your eggs, butter and buttermilk. mix well. – fold in your raisins. – evenly distribute among your three bread pans. bake for 1 hour. – let cool for about an hour, and enjoy!
