I love McDonald's hash browns. They are honestly the only thing on their breakfast menu that I like... that and the egg white delight. But, I love having these McDonald's hash browns dupes in my freezer to save them for a rainy day... aka a lazy weekend morning or a morning where I may or may not have had too much to drink the night before. Luckily, these frozen hash brown patties are easily found at all your favorite grocery stores.
1. Preheat your air fryer! It helps when cooking anything in it to ensure it turns out perfectly. 2. Be sure to flip halfway through cooking time so your frozen hash browns cook evenly.
– Pre-heat your air fryer to 400. I know some people say you don't have to preheat your air fryer, but I find it's similar to preheating an oven where your food turns out crispier when you preheat rather than letting it heat up while cooking. – Cook your hash brown patties for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes. – Allow to cool for 1-2 minutes and serve immediately. Enjoy with your favorite breakfast foods.
