This burrata caprese appetizer is so simple, and so delicious. The creamy burrata cheese on top of marinated fresh tomatoes topped with fresh basil leaves and a balsamic reduction will be your new favorite recipe!
There are so many fun and delicious variations to this burrata salad. Here are a few you can try! Fresh Ripe Peaches. You can put tomato bits along with delicious juicy tomatoes, or you can completely sub out the tomatoes and make it entirely peaches. Strawberries. These are another great fruity addition to add, especially to make this the ultimate summer salad. Mozzarella Balls. If you want to make this extra cheese and delicious, add some mozzarella balls or pearls. Pesto. This is a super simple twist, just add a drizzle of pesto over the top for an extra basil flavor. Red Onion. If you want a pungent addition, try adding some thinly sliced red onion. Garlic. You can use fresh garlic or garlic powder. Personally, I love adding garlic and onion to my caprese salad recipes.
