You'll need strawberry simple syrup, 2 shots of espresso, and whatever. kind of milk you prefer.
1. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 ½ cups of strawberries (washed, hulled, and sliced). You can always use maple syrup or honey as a sugar substitute. 2. Over medium heat, stir until the sugar is dissolved. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil and then reduce the heat to low. Allow simmering for 15-20 minutes. 3. Strain the strawberries out of the syrup and store it in an airtight container, like a mason jar. Allow your strawberry syrup to chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before making this iced strawberry latte recipe.
1. In a glass filled with ice, add in 2 tbsp of strawberry syrup. 2. Top with 3 oz. of espresso. Stir. 3. Add in your milk, give it a stir and enjoy!
Save time. You can always buy pre-made strawberry syrup to go into this latte! Strawberry milk. You can buy or make homemade strawberry milk to make this delicious recipe. Vegan. You can use oat milk to make this latte vegan but still creamy. Coffee ice cubes. Don't want your latte watered down? Make coffee ice cubes! Use other berries. You don't have to limit yourself to strawberries! Make, or buy, your favorite berry syrup to make some fun variations. Matcha. Not a huge fan of espresso? You can absolutely make this using matcha green tea.

I use 3 oz. of espresso in this recipe so that is roughly 180 mg of caffeine. Does strawberry milk go well with coffee? Yes, it does! You'd be surprised at what an amazing drink this is.
