Preheat your oven to 350 and with ½ tablespoon of butter, coat your cast iron skillet. Set aside.
Take your cinnamon rolls and cut them into quarters. I cut some pieces even smaller to give a range of sizes if you feel like cutting into ⅙ths.
Place your cut cinnamon rolls in your cast iron skillet, be sure to leave about ½ an inch from the edge of the skillet. The cinnamon rolls will expand to reach the whole skillet.
Once all your cinnamon rolls are in the skillet, mix together your 4 tablespoon of melted butter with your 2 tablespoon of packed light brown sugar and pour it over the top of your cinnamon rolls.
Bake your cinnamon rolls for 25 minutes, or until golden brown. As soon as you take them out of the oven, spread the prepackaged icing on top and top with sprinkles. Enjoy!
