My mom got me hooked on Vibrant Health’s Green Vibrance. I take it every morning with some water and fresh squeezed orange juice. It is a green powder, and phenomenal. My skin is clearer when I take this, I have energy and I just overall feel so much better. I like putting a scoop in smoothies as well. This particular ginger green smoothie involves lots of green things, ginger, some banana, strawberries and orange.
The color of this smoothie can be seriously off-putting. Nobody wants to drink something that looks like earth. Trust me though, this is actually so good. The orange juice, strawberries, ginger + bananas give this smoothie the fruity taste everyone likes.
Just getting over the naaaasty cold that I had this past week, these greens were my BFF. I took them twice a day when my cold was getting so bad. Not to mention, I couldn’t eat nor did I have an appetite, and these greens were one of the few food items that gave me life. But I’m back, feeling better and never want a cold like that again.
