Sweet Potato, Onion, Broccoli, Ground Turkey One Pan Dinner

This ground turkey one pan dinner is one of my favorite things to cook, ever. One, because it requires a single pan (and a cutting board and knife and plate to eat off)… but that equates to barely ANY dishes. What’s worse, doing dishes or laundry? Can you even pick?

Second, this isn’t one of those dishes that you’ll get sick of easily. That’s because you can literally just throw whatever veggies you want in and call it a meal, or two or three. Seriously, I get like three meals out of these dishes.

Third, you can throw in whatever produce is in season in this dish. Both the broccoli and sweet potatoes are in season. Also, you can also throw in whatever seasonings you like as well. I put in garlic, chili powder, pepper and a dash of salt. By saying I put in, I like loooooooaded in the garlic, chili powder and pepper. The chili powder and pepper on the sweet potato and sweet onion is amazing.
