This simple chicken stir fry is honest to god so easy. Like, so easy, I bought a bag of frozen veggies and used them. That’s how easy this dish is. Plus, it cooks in no time, and is in one pan.

This particular time, I cooked only 1 chicken breasts, and 4 cups of veggies. I had enough for dinner and lunch the next day.
I cooked the chicken breasts first, and cooked it in 2 tsp soy sauce, garlic, and chili powder. The chicken soaks up the 2 tsp of soy sauce, so you don’t need to marinate it. Pretty much just another thing to add to the list of why this recipe is so damn easy.
