This simple chicken stir fry is honest to god so easy. Like, so easy, I bought a bag of frozen veggies and used them. That’s how easy this dish is. Plus, it cooks in no time, and is in one pan.

So, minimal effort, minimal dishes, minimal ingredients. Why are you still ordering food and not cooking yourself dinner?

Personally, I love spicy foods. I really doused this in sriracha. However, if you prefer just a little kick, or a lot, you can add in however much sriracha (or other hot sauce if you dare use another) you want. I used

This particular time, I cooked only 1 chicken breasts, and 4 cups of veggies. I had enough for dinner and lunch the next day.

I cooked the chicken breasts first, and cooked it in 2 tsp soy sauce, garlic, and chili powder. The chicken soaks up the 2 tsp of soy sauce, so you don’t need to marinate it. Pretty much just another thing to add to the list of why this recipe is so damn easy.

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 4 c. veggies of choice
  • ½ in. ginger root, minced
  • ¼ c. + 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sriracha


  1. In a large frying pan, heat up 2 tbsp oil. Cube your raw chicken, and then place in the frying pan over the heated oil.
  2. Over medium- low heat, cook the chicken in the 2 tsp soy sauce, pepper and 1 clove garlic. Cook for 7-9 minutes.
  3. Pour your 4 cups veggies, your other clove of garlic, minced ginger, 1/4 c. soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and sriracha in the pan.
  4. Mix and cook together for 10 minutes, or until your veggies are fully cooked.
