I’m not a nutritionist by any means, but I think you could consider this smoothie a “super” smoothie. With spinach, kale, chia seeds, matcha powder and fruit- this smoothie is so good and so good for you.
I’m attempting to do a cleanse (and dragging my roommates along for the ride) where you have a green juice for breakfast, a green smoothie for lunch and a salad for dinner. Essentially, it is going vegan for three days.
This smoothie is my Day 1 lunch. So far, after my green juice and 1/4 c. almonds, I’m doing good. The last time I tried a cleanse it was strictly a juice cleanse. Comparing my two experiences, this is going much better.
