Honey Garlic Sriracha Roasted Carrots

Honey Garlic Sriracha Roasted Carrots

Personally, I love roasted carrots, and think they are a great side dish for Thanksgiving. These honey garlic sriracha roasted carrots bring together the perfect combo of savory and sweet. Carrots are a sweeter vegetable. The honey pairs nicely with the sweet aspect of it, and then the kick of the sriracha paired with the garlic-y garlic. This is a side dish you have to make this Thanksgiving.

This side dish is also super easy, and fool-proof. It doesn’t truly matter how you slice the carrots, and other than slicing, it is just tossing the carrots in oil, sriracha, garlic, honey, salt and pepper. Anyone can do that.

I topped the carrots with additional sriracha and also some more salt and pepper. If you want it spicier, then I suggest doing that. If you want a light-kick, stick with the recipe.
