Dark Chocolate Salted Dipped Clementines

Talk about addicting. I could have easily eaten the entire bowl of these dark chocolate salted dipped clementines. Plus while making them, I had a clementine and some dark chocolate chips. You have to test all the ingredients!! (That’s my excuse if you can’t tell)

I really like these, because they are really delicious, a great dessert and they really aren’t the worst things in the world for you. They are perfect for when you are craving a dessert or if you need to get your chocolate fix in.

The salt is a nice addition as well. You have the bitter taste and creamy texture of the dark chocolate, you have the juicy and unbelievably sweet taste of the clementine, then you get the slightly bitter/sourness of the salt. It is the perfect combination of sweet and savory!

Not to mention that these are incredibly easy to make. Even peeling the clementines are easy. The skin just comes right off. I personally pick of the little straggler strands from the clementines… but you don’t have to do that.ย

Clementine peak season is coming to an end, so don’t waste your time!! Get out to the store, grab some clementines and make these for yourself!!
