Berry Mimosas

Berry Mimosas

Anyone who knows me knows that I loooooove Bloody Mary’s. 9/10 times I would pick a Bloody Mary over a mimosa. Today, that 1/10 time is the time where I choose a mimosa over a bloody mary. Becauuuuuuuse, these berry mimosas are fantastic.

If you make a mimosa 50/50…. I honestly just don’t know if I can trust you. Mimosas have got to be majority sparkling wine. You aren’t doing it right if you aren’t at a minimal ratio of 60/40.

I made these mimosas for my roommates and a few friends one Saturday morning, and they were a hit. Some of my friends don’t prefer mimosas because of the orange juice. They loved the replacement of orange juice for berry juice.

You can truly use whatever berries are your favorites, you have plenty to choose from. I chose strawberries and blueberries, because that’s one of my favorite combos.
